Day 68: Have sandwich shops gone mad?

Today I got the same sandwich as yesterday but this time from an outlet in my building's food court. It was $5 neat. Now I know this is almost double the price of yesterday's sandwich but this is still several dollars less than what I normally pay for an egg sandwich. What is going on? Does the RBA know about the massive negative inflation going on? Maybe K-Rudd needs to implement an egg-sandwich-price-watch?
